RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that we only offer exchange & return with requirements below:

1. Wrong Product

2. Wrong Color

3. Defect Item

You have 3 days from the day you receive our package to contact us and send it back to us.

The item that will be exchanged should be the same product unless the product is out of stock.

Full refund will be done if only the selected product is no longer available or out of stock.

Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that we used to send the goods. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

The right item will only be resent back to you after we received your package in complete goods.

Refund & exchange are not available for size mistake reason. So please check for size detail in description box before purchasing.

We have the authority to cancel your return and exchange if you disacknowledge our policy.
